RRP $40
Only $30 per bottle from http://thevindependent.com.au/  - ($180 per six pack)

Only $25 per bottle if purchased in a dozen and ordered via email - nick@thevindependent.com.au - ($300 per dozen)

This wine is from a tiny boutique vineyard on the Mornington which, in itself, is a good start.  The region, moderated by the sea around it, consistently produces pinot noir with weight and finesse in equal proportions.
More importantly, this is made by Dr Richard McIntyre, one of the pioneers of the region and owner of Moorooduc Estate, whose Estate Pinot was rated by Decanter as one of the best Pinot Noirs outside of Burgundy.
The good Dr has also pioneered the use of Wild Yeast in his winemaking, which gives this wine a delightful complexity well beyond its retail price.

It’s just a terrific drink – again, built in the French mode – savoury, with a core of quality fruit.  It's a pleasure to bring these "hard to source" wines to you.
Production is miniscule. Limit of 3 dozen per customer.
