Made by extremely talented winemaker Nick Spencer, the wines of the Capanno label very deliberately capture the unique micro-vineyard planted by owners Cameron Jones and Jody Williams.
A complex aroma of toasted hazelnuts and figs with a lifted white peach and spiced cumquat. The palate is very generous, while being held tightly by fresh persistent acid. There is beautiful ripe pear early with lots of creamy texture from barrel fermentation with some spiced apple evident late.
